  we are still waiting to get our counters installed, so no opinion yet on quality but customer service is beyond poor. Supposed to be installed today. I called this morning to get a time and suddenly our stuff was not ready and no one will return calls or even answer the phone at this point. We have had one headache after another just trying to get simple answers out of these people - and all for one simple counter in the kitchen. This is the vendor that IKEA uses, so if you shop there, BEWARE.
