  My husband and I purchased a ring from these people and it broke about a couple weeks later for my 9th anniversary. They upgraded another ring we picked out and about a week later three diamonds fell out. He said no exchanges or returns, NO WARRANTIES!! Do NOT let these people fool you . They will rip you off. No personality , no help. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from this store. Now I have a ring with three diamonds missing. I would not trust him to send it off to put diamonds back in there. What will happen next ?? Man they should not even be in business at Northlake mall??? I am just heartbroken over this. I had to take it somewhere to be looked at. I don't trust them anymore. BEWARE!! 12/26/2014
