  Customer service is pure non-existent. I have driven all the way out to pick up my prescription just find out it's $700 and not covered or their computers are down after waiting an hour in the store for the pharmacy to open to just rude attitudes from staff. As a RN I understand people's health depend on me and my health depends on being able to get my medications, but also when spending my money a thank you, or an apology when a mistake is made or even a call to save me a 30 minute drive in traffic would have been nice.

  Customer service is really poor at this pharmacy. Their policies for refills are also absurd. Don't have several refills left and an expiration date less than 2 weeks. CVS will fill your prescriptions as long as you do have refills left. At the new year, I will be moving my medications back to CVS or 1 of the other local pharmacies because the people in this place are nasty!
