  Best help I've received from any Verizon store I've been to after having lived in Chicago and now Charlotte and a customer for over 10 years. Jenn was able to get me a screen protector and charger, put it on my phone for me and went above and beyond to get me in the system with the proper notes regarding my warranty for when I come back. She was very helpful and will be who I contact going forward.

  Shiana and Brandon at this store are awesome. I truly appreciate their commitment for customer service. We recently moved from other service provider to Verizon and porting was taking forever due to issues on earlier carrier's side. These guys stayed back till 10:30 PM and worked hard to make this porting happen and get us going. Keep it up guys!
