  If I could give them a ZERO rating I would! Horrible customer service experience. I carried my Citizen Eco Drive watch in to initially have the crystal and band buffed / reconditioned. They told me it would be one week. After one week and never hearing from them, I had to call to check the status. They then told me the crystal could not be buffed and would need to be replaced, yet never called me to tell me this. I had to call them. They could not give me any better than a price range of how much the crystal would cost. I told them to move forward with the repair and they told me it would be another week. After ANOTHER week, I never heard from them about the status of the repairs. I once again had to call them for an update. They yet again told me it would be about two weeks as the crystal needed to be ordered. Well, you guessed it! After ANOTHER two weeks, I heard nothing. So, I decided to go back to their location and check on my watch. To my amazement, NOTHING had been done as far as the repairs. They told me I would have it back by the end of the week. They then told me that they do not do any of the repairs there and they send the watches off for repair. I asked that they call whoever it is they use for repairs to confirm the repairs would be made by "the end of the week" as they claimed. After waiting about 10 minutes, they finally came back and told me it would be ANOTHER TWO WEEKS before I would get the watch back. They lied to me and strung me along for over a month and my watch was never fixed. By them anyway! Ridiculous!

  I never write these reviews but, this store is just a bunch of scam artists. I had a ring i own break with me only wearing it for an hour. We tried to get it fixed and they wont do anything. We have been contacting them for a year. They would yell at me on the phone when i would talk to them. They hung up on me multiple times. They even laughed at me when i tried to explain my case. They even had me pay insured postage twice to get it fixed and they would return it to me every time. This is the worst business experience i have ever had. Please do your self a favor and avoid this place at all possible.
