  Do not let this business fool you. The people working here are nice, but they are selling a service from a national company which completely lacks customer service. Had service for about 4 years, after 3 year contract was up, they automatically renewed, recently cancelled service. After being told I would not have to pay any termination fee because my 3 year contract was up, I was charged $195.00. Wrote this off is a $195.00 mistake with this company. Expensive processing fees, non existence of customer service, and slow deposits. Thankfully, I will at least save this amount in 2 months now that I am accepting credit card payments with my new merchant service provider.
