My only negative is the customer service. It appeared that only 2 people were working; so getting the assistance we needed was challenging. Fortunately, there were comfy chairs to sit in while we waited to be serviced. It would be my suggestion to visit the store during the week as you might have a better chance with getting serviced in a timely manner.
