  After dealing with TWC/Spectrum for far too long, decided it was time to use AT&T. I've had service with them before: I only went with TWC because of the "bundle" rate. Went to the Epicentre office this past week and was helped by Franklin G. What a surprise! Friendly, professional, knowledgable, just.....wow. Took GREAT care of me, answered all my questions, was proactive in solving a couple of issues for me. He even called me back today to follow up and make sure install went OK, and gave me one more piece of info the tech forgot to give me during the install. The tech that came on Monday was equally diligent. He ended up doing a lot more that what I originally thought it would take. Ran a new drop, put a new box on side of the house (instead of using the old one that had to be 30 years old!), ran new wire up under the house so my cordless phone bases would work better....totally took care of me and didn't cut any corners doing it. He worked his .....back off. Total kudos to them both
