  Once steve found out that I owed direct tv. He basically kicked me out. Little did he know ,my plan b was to pay direct tv there in the store and purchase 2 note 8 phones in full and open up two lines.I am literally on my way to another at&t location to do this right now

  Ryan the regional manager was rude and not helpful, phone was defective and wanted me to just file an insurance claim. Pay more money when I had insurance, and the phone was not working properly through no fault of my own. Rich was very unprofessional and would say anything for a sale. The best people to talk to are Marshall, and the manager Sam. They were very helpful and friendly! 11/3/17 Update. Sam and Richard no longer work there and the new manager is a new nightmare. My sincerest recommendation is that you get everything they say in writing. Promises, prices,promos, and what they say they cover in insurance. Actually, just video your entire interaction. BELIEVE ME YOU WILL NEED IT.
