  Regrettable that there is no means to provide a zero or negative rating. While they may have a great selection of samples in their showroom, everything else about the company is a complete sham. No management, no coordination, no returned phone calls, weeks of delay, and poor quality finish. It's a struggle to think of any valid reason why a consumer with choices would use this vendor.
