  I called in advance and was told to come over (around 2:30PM). Was then told by "Miss Unfriendly Attitude" ...."I might could get it done in four hours....but you're welcome to do it yourself on the other machine ....only it doesn't do 3-hole punch paper...and it's pretty slow." In other words, it wouldn't be ready in time for my meeting. And she couldn't care less. The manager was "busy" so I left. My friend told me UPS Stores do the same thing. I called the one near my house. They said "sure, c'mon over" and they knocked it out of the park in less than 20 minutes ....and for 25% LESS than the Staples quote. Plus they couldn't be nicer. Bravo UPS. Boo Staples .
