No sense of urgency or care really. Came in to turn in my lease and it was handled quickly and professionally, once we got someone to actually help us. But could of cut the wait time in half. Second time I came in for a new phone with an appointment scheduled I was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Third time I needed a sim card for a new phone I bought online and was taken care of very quick and professional. Great customer service!
