  I ran into this store at lunch time, I didn't anticipate it would be so crowded and they apparently only have one terminal, even though there were 5 employees and 4 customers in the store. I understood that I would have to wait until the one terminal was available to begin my transaction, although to be fair, I am not sure why the paint could not have been mixed without my acct info, however, then gentleman who I spoke to first was quite blase and couldn't seem to be bothered. After a while, LaMonte asked if I had been helped, was very proactive and tried his best to be helpful, although again, we had to wait until the terminal was available. As soon as it was, LaMonte stepped up, had a sense of urgency to get me taken care of and on my way. Sometimes, just the desire to be more helpful and efficient even in chaotic situations is enough. All the while LaMonte was trying to help me, the original guy seemed to be milling around, not really do much. Thank you LaMonte for caring about my time and trying to expedite my order. In the end, the match was prefect!
