  My first visit was not positive went to setup a lease and all money was removed from my account. The store manager was very unprofessional and could not have cared one way or the other but Dennis the assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure I was a content customer. Dennis made this visit to Sears worthwhile. Thank you Dennis and Andre( sales associate)for your excellent customer service you two could teach your store manager that it's about satisfying your customer not the paycheck
