  Something has changed recently. Internal sales, while trying to be helpful, is not. They are polite, however, you seemingly must know exactly what you want with their stock numbers. If you can't guide them through their own system...good luck. Rugby's (Charlotte, NC) only saving grace has been their outside sales rep. He has helped the company I work for get the products we need. He also can get us updated info on products we've ordered in a timely fashion. The potential $$ saved through this office is a headache when dealing with the front desk. I know they try. I'm not the decision maker with my company when working with Rugby. As the "gopher" to pick things up and follow up with orders, it has been my experience that Rugby in Charlotte (the front sales desk) is lacking in customer service. In short, find an outside sales rep.
