  Love R2Go. Great value! 4 out of 5 for this because the delivery showed up 3 hours before scheduled. They came in without covering their shoes or putting protection on their feet. Didn't screw the feet of the couch all the way on and left the couch wobbly. Told my wife they were in a hurry and left some trash on our floor. Sofa looks great and all products we have gotten there have always been fantastic. Just a little disappointed in the guys who delivered today.

  Very unhappy. I had furniture scheduled for delivery, for our move in date. Turns out they delivered some of the order a month in advance. The furniture sat For a MONTH!!! I refuse to ever give them any business again. When I called the 1800 number and spoke to a representative was lost herself and provided zero to none assistance. Don’t recommend this company.
