  Absolutely horrible customer service! I asked about a pricing and the manager gave an attitude instead of politely responding. She responded in a rude way. This rite aid needs to work on people skills and how to address customers. Never going back.

  The worse :( my daughter had ear infection had to pick up her meds, reached 6pm and they said 'we are on overflow , no more.' ... and what a tone! Before that it took them 3 days to get another meds. Walgreens is so much more efficient, I feel like a fool to change from them just as this was more near :(
