  Recently updated my new home with granite counter tops from Queen City kitchens. Best investment I made! My wife and I are very satisfied and happy with the quality of product and service!! see a few pics on how beautiful my counter tops and new sink look in our kitchen!!

  We visited and talked with about a dozen kitchen stores in Charlotte (and online) for our cabinets and counter-tops and Queen City Kitchens was by far the most attentive, informative, helpful and communicative with us! Their prices are great - especially on their in-stock granite/marble/quartz items! They go above and beyond - carrying a cabinet door, floor piece, coordinating counter-top stone, and paint sample all over outside to show us how our color scheme would look against just about every slab we looked at - which made a huge difference in us picking the right counter-tops for us. You'd be amazed how off-white or brown something can look against another piece until you see it in the sunshine! The great service continued at the fabrication shop with Donny (the master craftsman!) being incredibly helpful in making the final decisions about cut, corners, gloss or no gloss, and all the other things you don't even know you need to decide on! The "tutorial" on how to care for the counter-tops and what products to use to clean/care for them (without trying to sell us anything) was very helpful. They truly care about doing it right and making sure everything is perfect! They will be installing our counter-tops this week and we'll update here if we can on how the install goes and how everything looks! Overall, just a great experience from a place filled with people who truly care about what they sell you and customer satisfaction!
