Bought new appliances on Black Friday they said they could deliver the next Thursday but I told them to wait another week. On Wednesday before delivery date they called and said they had no stove. One person said they could not find it another said it had a cracked top. They said they would order me one on the next Monday. I told them they had to do better so they said I would get an upgrade and it was already ordered with delivery possibly on Saturday and the latest Monday. On Friday they called and said the delivery was going to be Tuesday. On Sunday night they called confirming Tuesday delivery. Monday they called in the afternoon and said the stove was held up in Atlanta due to bad weather and couldn't deliver until Thursday ( 3-4 days from Atlanta ? ). No one could come up with a tracking number. After long conversations going nowhere I told them to give my money back. Would advise not to buy from Queen City Appliances.

On Friday, I purchased a Whirlpool French door fridge and an electric, smoothtop range from the Ind. Blvd. location of Queen City Appliances. I worked with the store mgr., Robbie Jordan, for 2 hours. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I was surprised that his prices were very competitive, and the service was unparalleled. Robbie studied my measurements and the photos of my kitchen. He recommended a fridge that I loved, but didn't previously consider because I didn't think it would fit. My appliances were installed the next morning by Trey and Josh. They did a great job and were careful not to damage my new floors or freshly painted walls. Trey insured that the range was flush against the wall and installed the anti-tip device. The appliances are just beautiful and fit perfectly! Note: I moved into my home a few months ago, and I purchased an appliance suite from a dept. store. Four out of four of the dept. store appliances needed to be replaced or repaired within 3 months! I thought they were a great bargain when I purchased them. I was wrong! My general contractor, flooring guy, and even a repair person for a different store told me to go to Queen City. Now I know why!!
