  Been shopping here religiously the past two years, I’ll be moving out of Charlotte next year and I just wanted to share my thoughts on this place. The staff is unbelievably friendly from top to bottom. You won’t find a rude person in this building. As someone who works in customer service and deals with the soul-crushing day to day grind of “the customer is always right” B.S... I have to say I am impressed. Obviously the management values friendliness and customer service above all else and it flows through the store from the stock room workers to the cashiers. Everyone is smiling ear to ear.. it’s like they only employ people who used to work at Disney World. It’s the small things, the attention to detail- I’ve been here hundreds of times and never had more than a two minute wait to checkout and I ALWAYS leave with a smile. Being nice to strangers is hard but it’s important. You guys are making the world a better place in a small but significant way! Keep it up :)

  Weekend mornings are not adequately staffed at the register. I’ve been rushed several times through the self checkout where you can actually end up losing money because of how ridiculous the technology works. I recommend checking your receipts.
