  I am giving a one star because I cannot give zero. I have been a customer for over 20 years and want to cancel my service. Apparently they say I verbally agreed in 2016 to a 60 month contract and it will cost me $750 to get out of it. They will NOT allow me to listen to the recording and state I need a subpoena to do so.

  Worst company ever! Was told I was signing a 2 year contract but when I called because I no longer need their service, I was told I signed a 3 year. So I was lied to! Customer service is horrible! They are not willing to do anything or help in any way! It's a huge waste of money! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!
