  Most horrific service I have received. Not to mention you call yourselves a high end company. I am appalled by your service. I had a delivery date scheduled. Part of my items were dropped off. I was told to call Amber Hauler. I must have called 10 times and left voicemails. Never did I once get a call just to let me know that they have reordered what was missing in my order to give me a sense of I will eventually receive my items. Right when I was fed up calling and leaving voicemails just to find out a round about as to when I “maybe” will receive my order. I get a voicemail from amber stating that she figured things were taken care of from what she saw in the system. As a customer I would like a call to confirm that I will receive my items as soon as possible. I’ve spent a lot of money in the past at Potterybarn and I just spent more than I would have liked to for the par service that I have received this far. I placed my order early November. I am getting a call end of December. And apparently I am getting my order in January. We’ll see about that. Not to mention I was promised a 10% back for my order and I have been to the store where my items were ordered multiple times to get my 10% and no one at the store seems to know how to do that either. Training? I am disgusted by your service.
