  Employees are rude. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to check my daughter and I out; this one woman was standing at the computer pretending not to see me. She looked like a manager, pathetic. Bathrooms and fitting rooms are dirty, my daughter said there was urine all over the place in the restroom. The racks are very unorganized and the store was a mess.

  You bring in the name brands listed on their site and they say they don't take them because they don't sell well. The one bag they wanted to buy was new with tags and they were offering me less than 10% the retail cost. I can sell it for more on eBay. No thanks. UPDATE: The bag I mentioned? Sold for 50% of the retail price on eBay. This place really isn't worth it. Take photos of your clothes and accessories and sell them on eBay instead.
