  I was trying to get balloons for my mom's birthday. When I 1st got in line to ask for them, no one acknowledged me and my son standing there for a good minute and we were right in front. When we were finally able to order them, it took them forever to blow up 5 balloons. She girl kept stopping and doing other things in the middle and helping other people. People were coming in after me and leaving before me as I stood there patiently waiting. Then attitude came across my face and the manager finally stopped doing returns and asked what I needed. If I hadn't have already paid for the balloons, I would have left!! Poor customer service!!!
