  I want to commend the staff at the Oreck Arboretum Store -- Frank in particular. I was working on my own vacuum at home (iRobot) and called to see if they had a part I needed. I spoke to Frank on the phone and he was very helpful and said he would look for the part (I'm so clueless I didn't even know what to call this part.) I brought the part (a tiny wheel axle) into the store and he found what appeared to be a good match -- and refused to accept any payment. As it turned out, I had to buy the whole mechanism from iRoomba (which I will salvage for parts in the future), but I think my next vacuum will be an Oreck from the guys at this store! The kindness I received has turned me into an Oreck fan. Thanks!

  I have 3 oreck vacuums I've purchased from this store and have taken them in for serving asking for them to please fix and every time I pick them up same problem happens that I took it in for. The person who " fixes " it doesn't know what they're doing.
