  They have a very shady return policy --- I would recommend asking them to clearly articulate their return policy to you PRIOR to purchasing anything. They say exchanges/returns on ANY item within 90 days just to turn around and have fine print that says "at the managers discretion" for altered items..whatever that means. I dealt with a very combative/rude employee when trying to have an item returned for my fiance. He was extremely defensive and basically had the attitude that we bought it, it was altered, and nothing could be done. Only reason i'm giving 3 stars is because the store manager stepped in with a very pleasant attitude and was able to rectify the situation to the best of his ability. Kudos to him. Sidenote: Don't ever buy anything full-price here. I don't think its worth it as they are constantly having sales all the time. Full-priced items are obviously a rip off.

  I know Men’s Wearhouse is popular, but many of their items are house (generic) labels and overpriced. For example, I am tried on 2 suits, one was a Ralph Lauren which is a well known designer, the other is Pronto Uomo, their house label. THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME PRICE. That’s absurd. That’s equivalent to going to a car dealer and having the choice of either a Lexus or a Mazda for the same price. I think they take advantage of guys who either don’t know much about suits, or need something immediately. I would probably go to a department store like Macy’s or Dillard’s next time.

  Walked in on Sunday and needed suits for my new job starting Monday. Henry Underwood gave me the best experience and far exceeded my expectations. It was clear that he made it his personal mission to make me look exceptional for my first day (and he succeeded). He was also sensitive to my budget. He is a true professional and was very pleasant to work with, I definitely recommend this location and will return once I'm ready to expand my wardrobe. Thanks Henry!

  Awesome experience! We walked in on a Friday at 4:35 needing to rent two suits for a wedding on Monday. Everyone worked at warp speed to get our order in by 5:00 (the cutoff to get the suit by Monday). They literally saved the day!! A special thanks to James for all of his hard work!
