  I used to work at this store long ago. I feel like customer service has definitely gone down hill. I was pushed out of the way by employees on a fork lift. Used to be all about safety seems not so anymore. I like Lowe's as a whole, but this store not so much.

  Stopped by a couple of times to check on gas water heaters. Had some questions on installation (viewed on the Lowe's website). They could not answer and actually we're surprised at the questions (referenced air filter on gas water heater, clearly in the install instructions for the unit). They never heard of that and u showed them on their store computer. They we're surprised and agreed with me that it was there. They called the manufacture to ask my questions. Still waiting for them to contact me back with the I formation. I'll update this if they do.
