  I've had good and bad experiences here. The ladies at customer service were absolutely horrible. You feel like you're inconveniencing them and you should probably leave them the hell alone so they can finish talking to each other or texting. The management was very nice though.

  This Lowe's store is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have gone there regularly every couple weeks since it's just a few streets away from my home. Never again. Not even worth it! I'll gladly drive 20-30 minutes away to go to a better Lowe's location or The Home Depot instead! Every single time, the employees there prove to be completely useless. Terrible customer service, poor communication skills, no follow through/up, high on drugs, incompetent, lazy, and absolutely no idea about the most basic products within their own departments. The girl in the paint department brought us the wrong product, then the wrong size, then said that she couldn't mix an additive into the paint that the Norhtlake Lowe's did last time. Another time, they wouldn't cut a piece of lumber to the size I needed so I could fit it in my vehicle. Another time, their lawn & garden person couldn't provide basic info about their products and the brick/paver person was useless as well.
