  I'm a faithful customer at LIDS and I've gotten a lot of embroidery work done here, but I'm disappointed and absolutely not satisfied with the last embroidery job I had done there. I showed the manager his work was crooked & not straight. His first reply was, "It's your chest." I said, no its not me, it's you. He wasn't very professional and I felt that that was a very hood & childish remark. When I come to lids I seek satisfaction, courtesy, and respect. At least the last manager offered to fix any bad work free of charge. This is unacceptable. I need more of these shirts done but I'm not going back there for embroidery. Shame.
