  Okay I went and gotten my Burberry watch battery change and first of all it took so long and second of all this broke the piece that enables you to be able to change the time and date on the watch... didn’t notice it broke until I got io me and wash my hand when I saw the glass of the watch being fog up.... the watch was worth over 1,500 dollars... The following day I came back out to them and told them what they had did and what had happen... and I was told that I broke it and there not responsible... which is so ridiculous because Kay was the one who open and change the watch battery so when that piece broke it broke from the inside and for it to be able to break at that angle someone had to unscrew the back and broke it... and the the guy that works there had the nerve to blame it on me and said I damage my own watch... I’ve had the watch for over three years and never had any issues whatsoever with it and never once had any damages to it and its worn daily on my wrist... DONT EVER TAKE YOUR WATCH OR ANY TYPE OF JEWELRY TO THEM OR THEY’ll BREAK IT AND LIE ABOUT IT AND BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER SO THEY DONT HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGING MY WATCH... FOR KAY JEWELERS BEING A BIG CORP AND HAVING THAT MANY STORES AROUND... ITS PATHETIC FOR THEM TO LIE AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THERE PEOPLE HAS DONE TO MY WATCH... AND FYI TO THE GUY THAT SAID IT WAS NOT THERE FAULT AND IT WAS ME WHO DAMAGE MY OWM WATCH... I TOOK THE WATCH TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL WHOS MAIN THING THAT THEY DO BEST IS TAKE CARE OF WATCHES FROM $500 to $50,000 dollar ROLEXES TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO WAY IVE COULD HAVE DAMAGE THE STEM THAT CHANGES THE DATE AND TIME AT ALL EVEN IF I DROP IT OE BUMP IT AT ANY ANGLE IT WOULD HAVE BROKEN BECAUSE THE STEM OS TUCK INSIDE THE WATCH AND NOT STICKING OUT SO THE ONLY REASON WHY IT BROKE WAS BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENT..... I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED YALL WHITH MY $1,500 dollar Burberry WATCH AT ALL.... NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO K JEWELERS OR TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN... AND YOUR ALL A BUNCH OF DISHONEST PHONIES THAT CANT EVEN CHANGE A WATCH BATTERY WITHOUT DESTROYING MY WATCH... ITS PATHETIC FOR YALL TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGING MY WATCH.... ANYWAYS THIS IS A WARNING TO WHOM EVER TO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AS ME AND TAKE YOUR VALUABLE JEWELRY TO KAY EVER!!!!!!’nnnmnmmmmmm
