  I bought a pair of converse sneakers here for my mother as a gift and when I gave them to her she said she didn't like the color so I exchanged them for the one she wanted. During the exchange the sales associate did not let me know at any time that I could not return them after the exchange. I gave my mom the shoes and they were too small so she just said to take them back. I go to the store to return them and I'm told that I can't because I already exchanged them once. I would've been okay with that if they had told me prior to exchanging the shoes but they didn't because the person that did the exchange was a NEW HIRE at the store! Why would you let a new employee do an exchange without a manager present?! Now I'm short 60 dollars and I have a pair of shoes my mom can't wear! Don't go to this Journeys!
