  Went in to ask about how long warranty is because I’ve had 4 shirts in the past year that have ripped at the elbow. The latest one I’ve had for about 6 months. He proceeded to tell me it’s because I bend my arms and it causes “stress points”. Wow, a person who bends their arms, that’s a new one. Anyway he said 3 months and the problem is fairly common. I said that’s fine (as he started to walk away from me while I was talking) but if this is fairly common he might want to tell the corporate office so they can address this. His reply was that I must be wearing it too much and they have no way of knowing how often it’s worn. For the price they charge I would expect 1) better service and 2) better quality. At least have the conversation and fake you are interested rather than start to walk away because someone new just walked in and you’d rather be selling for the commission.
