  Horrible customer service. I was looking to purchase outlet covers. I could not find the 10 pack of ivory colored outlets so I picked up 10 singles. I asked the cashier if it would be possible if I could get the 10 pack price since I was unable to locate them. She looked at me and said why would she do that. I explained to her that the item is either out of stock, misplaced, or that I didn't look in the correct location. The conversation went back and forth, she was trying to avoid any additional work on her part to help me out. She acted amazed as if i was clinically insane. She finally said she would call the manager but that would take time. The young manager arrived and basically said if i can't find the 10 pack then why would I sell you the 10 singles for the same price. At that point I had wasted too much time to save a few bucks. I will drive an extra mile to go to Lowes. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had, 2nd to dealing with American Airlines.
