  ***DO NOT DO ONLINE SHOPPING*** My experience with the online shopping has been HORRIBLE almost every single time I’ve decided to use it. Today it is taking over 4 hours from my scheduled pick up time. I wasn’t even able to be provided with a rough idea of how long my 10 item order would take. I was told “I don’t know. Over 30 minutes. Might be an hour. I really don’t know.” The employees are full of excuses. Not to mention when I called today, I heard a whole lot of laughing and chit-chatting going on. Shouldn’t these employees be picking up the pace with these orders instead??? This store is 3 miles down the street from me, and it’s extremely frustrating that I will need to start going to another Harris teeter that is a lot further away from now on. Absolutely ridiculous.
