  We recently moved to NC from NY. After the move, when we set up our grandfather clock, it no longer chimed and it appeared that the hammers inside the clock had been damaged. We called the Hall Clock Shop and spoke to Ken, the owner. Ken explained that the shop had limited hours and they also made house calls. He gave me the price for the visit and added that 95% of the time, there were no additional charges to repair the clock. Sure enough, Ken's son Matt got to the house ad spent about an hour working on our clock. When he left, the clock was in perfect working order. Matt was cordial, efficient and customer friendly. Hall's repairs all types of clocks and wrist watches. They do have limited hours, but they provide excellent service and have a sincere passion for the clocks and watches. I hiighly recommend them.
