  My car radio/cd player went on the blitz and I called Freemans at the South Boulevard store to find out whether or not it was worth fixing. I talked with Robert, the store manager and he very thoroughly gave me an explanation of my options, including an attractive price for a new unit, with an option price for installation. While I chose to attempt to install the unit myself, Robert readily volunteered his help if I ran into a problem. After some effort, I successfully installed the unit.....almost, but I had trouble getting the unit successfully secured in the dash. I went back to the store and described the problem I had, and he immediately picked up a tool, went out to my vehicle, removed the radio and proceeded not only to secure it properly, but also took the time for fully program it for me. He refused any further payment for his time. I am very grateful for the service and attention I received. Thanks again, Robert.
