  My large order never made its destination. Never got a call to inform me. I had notified the hospital it was being delivered to in order to look for it. It was embarrasing since a dozen nurses expected it's arrival in appreciation to their medical care to a family member. After I went to the MintHill office they advised me they had too many orders and couldnt fill my order. I complained and they sent me to corporate. I called corporate and they in turn sent me back to the MintHill office. NOBODY took responsibility. They refused to grant me anything in addition to resending my order at a later date. Too bad! Great product but poor management, no support. I'll never use them again.
