  Great experience shopping with Ross and staff here. They were very friendly and informative and helped me make my purchasing decisions with the knowledge that I was buying an excellent product from a great location. They seem to be truly nice people with no pressure whatsoever. They have a great selection and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I look forward to my next watch purchase through this location. I am happy to say that they have replaced my normal higher end watch dealer, there is no turning back now!

  My breitling was sent in after dropping off the arm of my couch and losing time. It was there for almost 5 months with zero feedback, I had to call and the answer was our watchmaker isn't responding for weeks at a time this went on, I get the watch back and realize it's keeping time so long as I'm active when I rest it stops, being that it has a 48 hour power reserve and I've had it for years prior to being worked on I sent it back, this time after two months it comes back and there's an issue with the date not rolling over. I then send it RELUCTANTLY a third time and it's been three months poor Chris is stuck in the middle so gives me the watchmakers number Mario, I have all the screenshots of our poor communication and the verifying that it's been done and quality controlled and then ... within 12 hours of having it on my wrist it stops keeping time by a matter of HOURS I reach out to Chris and he says Mario is t returning my call and I don't k ow what to tell you. Now Chris has not charged me for the work or lack thereof but I'm beyond livid that this clown outfit has had my watch worth 15k for 8-9 months of the last twelve to have it in the same shape I sent it in at April of 2017. I am at a complete loss as to how the company can be run and or mismanaged that bad. Trust me it took almost a year for me to get to the point of writing his review and I'm not one to complain easily. But this is a absolute unacceptable thing to hold ones possession for -9 months out of last year and have zero recourse or apology or even accountability for the person who sat on my possession for so long with no progress!!!!!! If I could insert the screenshots I would, look at yelp I believe I can post the screenshots to validate everything I'm stating as a fact.
