  We used Dodson for quarterly bug spraying and had the service for 1-2 years. We would see a bug here and there in the house, and never really felt like we had the service we paid for. This past week I stared seeing lot of bugs, a roach and spiders. It had not been raining, which was usually their excuse if I called. I asked that someone come to spray. They quickly set up an appointment for 9 am a few days later. Well, 9am came and went without a word until 9:40 from the technician, Evan. He was running late because of a work meeting and was on his way to my house 40 minutes later! So, after calling the office back, Melissa quickly let me know that they put their employee meetings before their customers. This was our last straw with them. We were never pleased with the service because of seeing bugs in the house and always felt they tried to get more money out of us the few times I did call. With a quarterly service, I should not have had to call at all. Needless to say, I canceled the service. 2 stars because they came quarterly. We only know because they left a receipt. We never had bugs at our last house, and I didn't have to call them to come either. Unfortunately, that company is not in Charlotte.
