    Be careful when you place an order with this company. I am not an expert in Lozier gondolas and their many parts but these people expect you to be. I placed an order for peg boards to go in four sets of seven foot tall wall gondolas and three sets of six foot wall gondolas (I measured the length of each and Dawn said that they had them in stock), I asked for one base plate for one of my seven foot tall gondolas (I explained in detail to Dawn that it measured 19" from the base on the gondola out), I asked for a set of base plate covers for the 19" bases, and finally seven base kick plates. Dawn gave me a quote for the products and the prices were very reasonable BUT the freight quote was almost $200 from Charlotte to Wilmington!! I asked why was it so high and she said that there probably was some profit there as well (what??). I called my local LTL Company and I paid $80 for the freight. Problem solved right? Nope! I was called the day that the products were picked up and told that they did NOT, in fact, have the right sized peg boards but they sent me larger ones instead but if I didn't want that they could call and simply cancel the whole thing...uh no I have parts waiting to go on a gondola please send them (they acted as if they didn't care if I ordered or not). So, my order arrived and everything was nice and neat and there was no damage (which is why I gave them a cautionary 2 stars). BUT I had to cut down to size each peg board AND The base that I ordered was a 16" base NOT A 19" base! Seems simple enough right... you order a 19" base they should send you a 16" base right? Well that is what Dawn says. She said if you want a 19" base you have to order a 22" base...again, makes sense right? After much frustration, I called Dawn and told her that I would like to return the 16" base and the set of covers back to them and order the correct ones. I did not mind paying a difference even though I felt like I plainly told her on the phone what my measurements were. This was a Monday. It took her until today, which is a Friday ( one week later) to return with a response that her warehouse manager said that they sent me what I ordered and that I would have to pay to return the wrong parts AND pay for the correct parts WITH ADDITIONAL FREIGHT ON TOP OF THAT!! I feel as though this company should have owned up to Dawn's inability to listen to what the customer needs and ask the proper questions to be sure that they are sending the correct parts and at least pay for the shipping of the wrong parts and the new ones. I am not asking for free parts, but I shouldn't have to pay extra money for not being an expert on gondolas...freight on parts I didn't order AND freight on the correct parts for the second time. Very ridiculous. Order bases by the shelf size not the measurement of the base... that's all that had to be said. I do not recommend this company.
