  We had experienced an incident that prompted us to seek your security system. Your representative was knowledgeable, forthright, and a little early for the appointment. He patiently answered our questions regarding the various options available to us. This allowed us to make informed decisions that we believe were appropriate for our needs. We did not feel pressured to purchase more than what we needed. He also explained the basic workings of the system and provided us with a working knowledge of it.

  I don't generally like to rant on businesses but in this case I warned them in advance. Do not contract with #ADT for your security service. After contacting them about cancelling 2 months in advance, having to sit through a sales pitch for a new system even though they knew we were moving to South Carolina, and being told that we just needed to call to have the system turned off when the phone line was turned off, they have the audacity to now say I have to pay for 30 days after that date because I had to give 30 days notice. #ADT, always in your pocket. Remember this when you see one of their commercials.
