  I've had a membership with them for a year and 3 months! We haven't had a single repeated beer, the selection is always exciting and refreshing, and you get a lot of options based on your preferences. They drivers are always on time and there's an app that lets you know where they're at and how long it'll be. You pick your dates and times based on a list of options. I recommend it to friends and will keep my account going for as long as there's still good options coming in.

  Extremely disappointed with this service. From the onset their customer service was sub par. They couldn't get my account set up to provide deliveries for 3 weeks after redeeming my gift card. Subsequently, I emailed in 3 or 4 times to receive a blank email response or no response. Then they cancelled all individuals subscriptions today without stating whether there would be a refund. Absolutely dismal service provided and I hope all large corporations considering their service would take caution signing on.
