  I did not have an appointment on my first visit and decided to pop in to just look around. After taking pictures of a couple things I liked for my new house build, I returned today to get pricing. As I entered the store, the receptionist was on the telephone and did not acknowledge my presence in any manner. As I listened to her call and stood directly in front of her, she was talking about a kid (maybe her kid or someone else's) possibly needing stitches. The call sounded completely personal and not once did she say "let me call you back bc I have a customer" or "hello, I'll be with you in one second". In my opinion, horrible first impression and customer service. I'd have to agree with the review above that this is a great place to look for ideas but perhaps find company and order elsewhere. It's a shame that I had such a horrible experience as we are building a substantially large house that I would have gladly bought many items from for had it seemed like they cared about their customer service.
