  My boyfriend surprised me and my toddler son with T-shirts for Valentine's day from this company. Unfortunately, the my son's shirt was too small so I called the South Charlotte store where he purchased them and let them know my dilemma. I was told by the person who answered the phone that we would have to pay the full price for another T-Shirt to be printed even though the shirt hasn't been worn and was picked up from the store less than 24 hours before(we also still have the receipt). I understand that the shirt was custom made and we would have to pay to get it remade, but to charge my boyfriend the full price he originally paid is ridiculous! I do not recommend this company! Use at your own risk!
