  This place is horrible! The manager Reggie is incompetent and does not know how to do his job! I was originally dealing with Stephanie and then a week later I called to discuss the furniture details and she was no longer working there, I'm assuming due to incompetencey also. But anyways, after speaking with him he told that I didn't have anything due till the 15th which worked well for me since I'm paid semi monthly. I go to the store to sign paper work to finalize everything and they're telling me that I have a payment due on the first, a day after I'm getting the furniture delivered! I confronted Reggie and asked him why did he tell me one thing on the phone and then the contract says another, he replies he probably didn't have my file pulled up in front of him when speaking with me and that he'd have to get approval from his DM to get the pay date pushed back to the 15th. What????!!!! Fast forward to today, I just left the office to get my down payment refunded because I absolutely refuse to do business with a sneaky, shiesty person such as this. I spoke with the nice young lady up front. She called into reggies office and asked if he explained to me that I would not be getting my full down payment back. He replied "nah I didn't tell her" once again, INCOMPETENCEY! At least she had enough sense to understand that you must be detailed oriented. I only ended up getting half of my down payment and nobody explained why. I will never deal with the place again. Please get a manager in the building who understands that being detailed oriented, organized and competent is key to any operation!
