  Associates were not well trained and had horrible customer service. My wallet was stolen and cards used at this store. Thousands of dollars worth of merchandise were allowed to be purchased with 3 cards including a health savings account card. Even with the cards declining due to being reported stolen, they were still allowed to purchase the items. It was a male and I have a female name in which an ID was not checked at the store. I warned them about him moving on to the Concord store and they didn’t even say thank you or act appreciative. I will no longer shop at this store. The manager at Northlake was professional and very customer focused. It’s worth driving to that store for me from now on.
