  Walked in to this location, had been working in the yard, so I was a little dirty. I had to get something really fast, so I go in and nobody in this store offers to help me. I guess they figured I couldn't bump their commission enough to make it worth their while. If you go to this location, to get service, you better dress nice, that's all I'm saying. I have spent many thousands of dollars (recently) at Best buy. Now I'll go back to checking out their items in store and buying online.

  Even during the busy Christmas season, the customer service representatives were very pleasant! I needed to return an item and it was a quick and easy process. Not only do they have a great selection of products, but the store is very organized and everyone is personable and helpful. Highly recommend this store!
