  I did a two day experiment I wore regular clothes the first day and dressed up the second day. The first day bad customer service no one helped the second day I looked the part and dressed up and then they wanted to give me good customer service. I hope this has changed in recent years and this not the case. This is past experience and I am willing to give it another shot and hopefully I can give a positive rating next time.

  Loved my visit today at Belk. Great sales seem to happen all the time there. I bought a Ralph Lauren sport coat, RL slacks, RL dress shirt, and a Tommy Hilfiger tie, and spent under $300!
