The family owned jewelry store staff are very knowledge, patient, and accommodating. One visit stood out to me and made a lasting impression. Simon and I were working directly with one another, during one of my visits Simon had another customer, without missing a beat his brother Yuhan was able to assist me. This particular trip stood out to me, cementing the importance of customer service in the fine jewelry business.
