  Think twice before you go to this facility. Some instructors are expert in killing time rather than teaching your kids. It's very crowded. Instructors keep working on the same skills that are already mastered by the kids. They hardly pay any attention on the skills that your kid needs to work on.

  We have been going here since Sept 2015. At the beginning it was GREAT!!! I must say in the past year it has gone to heck in a hand basket. They have so much turn over it is ridiculous. The front staff don't have a clue what they are doing. But I guess what do you expect when you only pay them $10.00 or less an hour, the same for the instructors. The cleanliness of this facility has gone down hill as well. I NEVER see anyone wrapping down the toys they have in the corner for kids to play with, or the counters where you change at. There is ALWAYS puddles of water standing on the floor. I understand this is a swim school and there will be water on the floor. But common sense tells you that you should mop the floor in between class. That way when a class gets out the pool the floor isn't soaked. When you run a business for kids you have to have kids in mind and do everything you can to prevent anything happen. Which mean MOP the floor so a kid doesn't bust their head on the floor or get a rubber/sponge type floor. As stated in an earlier review all the good instructors have left. We have seen a few since then and they all don't have a clue what they are doing nor how to interact with kids. There is 1 good one left, her name is Haley. She is truly the best there. That is the only reason I still stick around. But once Lifetime Fitness opens off Providence we are out of here!!!!! Also if you have any make up days and don't have the time to go they will not let you use them toward a months payment. Which is crazy. I think if you have enough built up and you don't have any extra days in your schedule to take your kid then they should let you use them toward a months tuition But the owner Tommy will not allow that. He will only tell you no we can't do that. We can set you up for another day. Well didn't I just say I couldn't come any other day. I usually don't write reviews but today was the day. They don't even deserve 1 star but you had to leave something to be able to write a comment.
